Do I have to pay shipping fees?

No. Shipping costs are free. If you want, you have the option to choose express delivery in just 3-5 days, an option that you will find at checkout and which is highly recommended.

We deliver worldwide, free of charge, through top companies such as DHL, FedEx, GLS, DPD or TNT. Please note that although shipping is free, in some countries you will have to pay customs duties.

What companies deliver the products?

For the delivery of the products, the largest delivery companies in the world are used such as DHL, GLS, DPD, or UPS. If you live in areas where delivery through these companies is not possible then there will be use other courier companies.

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time of the products varies depending on the country and the locality in which they must be delivered. In countries in Europe the delivery usually takes 5-15 days, in America between 7 and 15 days, and in other parts of the world it can take 20 days. In some countries, especially those outside the European Union, it must be taken into account that customs days are added to the transport time depending on each country.
The customer must take into consideration that the delivery is made after the ordered dress was manufactured, its manufacture lasting between 2-8 weeks.

How do I pay for the order?

Full payment of the order is made at the time of ordering and has a standard manufacturing time of 6-8 weeks, or fast manufacturing if it is chosen as an option. The tailoring of the dress begins after the full payment of the order has been made.

Am I protected when I pay on your website?

Absolutely yes. The companies we work with and deal with all financial transactions are among the best and safest in the world. Your data is 100% secure in the transaction.

When the manufacturing process begins?

The production of the dress starts after you placed the order, at which point, the order of the textile materials, embroidery and other materials necessary for the respective order is ordered from the supplier. After placing the order, the customer cannot change the ordered model or the color, the materials being ordered from the supplier and prepared immediately after the order is given.

The tailoring of the dress starts from the moment the client provides us with the dimensions of his body. After providing the body dimensions, the client cannot request the change of dimensions.

How long does it take to make the dress?

The manufacture of the products lasts between 2 and 8 weeks.

If you opt for fast manufacturing, the production time is shortened to the number of weeks specified in the option.

Can I request changes during manufacture?

Yes, but for a fee, if the required changes can be made.
