Before order you must be aware that here at Bella Sposa we sell custom-made wedding dresses and other custom-made items according to the client’s body size and preferences. All the products sold by us are manufactured after the customer has placed the order and paid the full price.
You can choose a standard size (US or European) to make the dress, or you can choose the dress to be made according to your body size. Also, any order given on the website will be made to order, including the orders where the client choose a standard size, we don’t have products in stock. Veils and Accessories are also made to order especially for the client that make the order.
The client must take into account that all our dresses are made to order according to the specifications chosen by the client. The fact that the dresses are made to order makes the return of the products only for the purpose of any changes requested by the customer. Being products that are manufactured to order, the return of the product and the money back to the customer it is not possible. The manufactured dress cannot be sold to another client, it is manufactured especially for the client who ordered it.
Before ordering or returning a product for modifications please consider execution and shipping times which can be quite long, depending on several factors, and can range from one month to even three months in some cases.

The return of products for the purpose of changes must comply with our returns policy:
The products must be clean, without traces of lipstick, makeup or any other trace of dirt. If a cleaning of the item is necessary, it is paid separately.
The products must be in good condition, without ruptures of textile materials in different areas due to the negligence of product testing, or cigarette burns. If repairs are required due to the negligence of the customer, they will be paid separately.
Before returning the product for changes, please send an email to sales@bellasposa.eu, specifying the required changes and the order number. Do not return anything until you have our consent, we are not responsible for packages sent without prior discussion.
Product size changes are made free of charge if the body dimensions received from the customer are correct, but the final product has size differences. Otherwise, if the body dimensions were incorrectly provided by the customer, the changes are paid separately.
Design changes are made free of charge if they have manufacturing defects, but if design changes are desired as an additional service, they are paid separately. Keep in mind that the products we sell are made to order, and the design of the final product may differ depending on several factors.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted for modifications.
